AMS360 Applications Trainer
King Insurance Partners
• Conduct site visits and remote meetings with agencies to provide training on the features and operation of our AMS360 insurance agency management system. • Responsible for maintaining workflows, creating job aids, and promoting best practices. • Deliver both onsite and remote training courses for introductory and intermediate level users. • Timely and detailed responses to agency partners' support requests. • Assist in data clean-up before and after conversion. • Manage multiple projects with well-defined plans and deadlines. • Evaluate results and initiate changes to help achieve organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of AMS360 insurance agency management system software (required).
- Ability to develop workflows and job aids.
- Ability to work with an agency on specific workflow development that may be needed.
- Working knowledge of PL Rater, Insurelink, and Work Smart preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and anticipate solutions.
- Experience in insurance policy lifecycle management.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Effective prioritization and deadline management skills.
- Professional, organized, and skilled communicator with the ability to convey ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Competence in collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom, or Teams.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically, up to 20% of the year.
- Minimum of 5 years of AMS360 insurance agency management system experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of AMS360 training experience.

• Responsible for processing new referrals including but not limited to verifying patient eligibility, test claim adjudication, coordination of benefits, and identifying patient estimated out of pocket costs • Perform benefit verification of all patient insurance plans including documenting coverage of medications, administration supplies, and related infusion services • Responsible to document all information related to coinsurance, copay, deductibles, authorization requirements, etc • Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based off benefit verification and payer contracts and/or company self-pay pricing • Initiate, follow-up, and secure prior authorization, pre-determination, or medical review including reviewing and obtaining clinical documents for submission purposes • Communicate with patients, referral sources, other departments, and any other external and internal customers regarding status of referral, coverage and/or other updates as needed • Refer or assist with enrollment of any patients who express financial necessity to manufacturer copay assistance programs and/or foundations • Generate new patient start of care paperwork
