• Serve as the primary contact for MRI site preparation with customers, contractors, architects, sales representatives, and field service engineers. • Conduct project kick-off meetings, review orders, floor plans, timelines, site readiness, and go-live schedules. • Lead weekly project calls, document meeting notes, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. • Review and provide site planning documents; perform site evaluations and testing to ensure compliance with installation standards. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including Site Test Data Reports, Final Drawing Sets, Installation Memos, Gantt Charts, and contact lists. • Coordinate with rigging vendors to obtain and evaluate quotes. • Maintain and update standardized project templates and documentation (kick-off presentations, pre-installation packages, checklists, etc.). • Identify and implement workflow improvements to streamline project execution. • Participate in professional development, including AutoCAD optimization, project management training, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Pursue PMP certification or equivalent as assigned. • Provide oversight during MRI system installations as needed. • Inspect, maintain, and repair site test kits. • Support special projects requiring domestic and international travel. • Troubleshoot issues related to site data, order discrepancies, or construction challenges. • Recommend and implement corrective actions to reduce project risks. • Ensure all project documentation meets regulatory and company standards. • Maintain accurate and accessible project files for audits.
