Junior DSP Manager

• Build and grow a portfolio of online advertising clients. • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. • Monitor client campaigns regularly to identify performance gaps and propose actionable improvements. • Generate and interpret campaign reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other web analytics platforms. • Act as the first point of contact for your clients, providing support via chat, email, and tickets. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., publishers) to resolve issues and meet client needs. • Research trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven comfort with online tools and platforms (Google Sheets, web analytics, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of online advertising or digital marketing concepts.
  • A proactive, sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Certifications from recognized marketing platforms (Google Academy, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, support, or account management) preferred.
  • Familiarity with online marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) preferred.
