• Liderar, coordinar y resolver de manera eficiente las actividades de Incidentes Mayores en entornos PRE para restaurar el servicio a la mayor brevedad • Conducir controles de salud diarios (health checks), asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas operativas y emitir informes de preparación (readiness reporting) • Impulsar el análisis de causa raíz (RCA), identificar tendencias y realizar el seguimiento de acciones preventivas tras un incidente • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de infraestructura, aplicaciones, soporte, desarrollo y testing (incluyendo la coordinación de pruebas de rendimiento) • Elaborar y distribuir comunicaciones claras, estructuradas y precisas durante las crisis operativas y foros de gobierno
Job Requirements
- Más de 5 años de experiencia demostrable como Major Incident Manager (o en roles muy afines de Service/Problem Management con habilidades transferibles)
- Nivel de Inglés C1 fluido (Imprescindible, se realizará prueba técnica e inglés en el proceso de selección)
- Alta atención al detalle
- Enfoque meticuloso en la documentación
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita con todos los niveles de gestión
- Capacidad para procesar datos de múltiples fuentes bajo presión para evaluar y priorizar el impacto y la urgencia
