• The Healthcare Ecosystem Manager Nordwesten (all genders) serves as the regional strategic Access leader within the German Market Access organization and is responsible for designing and implementing innovative care projects. • Develop and implement regional, product- and indication-specific care projects. • Proactively expand and strengthen existing networks with regional stakeholders. • Build and lead project teams across functions. • Capture and analyze holistic patient pathways. • Identify and analyze scientific, political, and economic requirements and challenges among stakeholders. • Support internal teams with expert knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in health economics, natural sciences, business administration, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Competence in accordance with § 75 AMG
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a Market Access or health policy role or in a comparable position within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and regulatory framework.
  • In-depth knowledge of health policy and legal frameworks governing the economic use of medicines and pharmaceutical governance.
  • Experience in strategic, cross-regional collaboration with key decision-makers.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic skills and strong project management competence.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset - high attention to detail and ability to analyze complex issues strategically and translate them into pragmatic recommendations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly and customer-oriented.
