• Independently manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative strategies to meet client objectives. • Conduct performance analysis and reporting using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics. • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier client accounts, managing up to 12–14 accounts or $50,000 in MRR. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience targeting. • Address client escalations autonomously and propose resolution plans as needed. • Apply advanced optimization techniques such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to enhance performance and ROI. • Deliver data-driven insights and persuasive presentations to influence client decisions. • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, helping develop foundational paid social skills. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and performance.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of agency and e-commerce experience.
- Familiarity with various advertisement ecosystems across ALL major social media platforms.
- Experience and confidence working in a client-facing role.
- Experience managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $50,000-$500,000+/month per client.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify backend.
- Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and leveraging attribution tools to refine strategies.
- Ability to independently resolve mid-level escalations and develop solutions for client concerns.
- Exceptional communication skills for managing client expectations and reporting performance insights.
- Proficiency in creating and executing A/B testing and advanced audience segmentation strategies.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Must be able to obtain Meta, Blue Print, and TikTok certifications within six months.
