• Overseeing all aspects of the A&R Fund, which includes direct grantmaking, any future requests for proposals, Advisory Committee, fund governance, and development of new strategic windows of the fund. • Managing timelines, processes, and tasks for the A&R Fund • Conducting annual reporting to funders • Ensuring grants are efficiently processed • Coordinating with team members on activities and deadlines • Maintaining regular communications with grantees • Developing and tracking contracts and agreements • Preparing internal and external communications relevant to the work • Liaising closely with internal colleagues and external partners when needed • Leading cross-functional projects with medium to high resource requirements • Developing standards, tools, knowledge requirements for the A&R program

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for treatment and non-treatment partners, government agencies, and training institutions. • Ensure effective collaboration and alignment between Smile Train and local partners, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges proactively. • Conduct due diligence and needs assessments to evaluate and expand cleft care coverage across designated countries. • Lead the planning and implementation of annual programmatic goals in line with Smile Train’s global priorities. • Monitor and visit partner facilities regularly to ensure high-quality and safe program delivery.

Role Description This role involves leading technical cyber security programs from scoping to delivery at scale for Rhymetec’s customers. - Manage a small team of Security Analysts to implement necessary security measures. - Build information security programs for Rhymetec’s clients, including: - Conducting gap assessments against various cyber security frameworks - Conducting risk assessments - Building strategy for creating and enhancing cyber security programs - Achieve and maintain compliance for cyber security frameworks selected by Rhymetec’s customers, including: - Participating and managing SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, and other external audits - Providing evidence to CPA’s and/or QSA’s - Lead project management for Rhymetec’s customers and create tasks and milestones to achieve required objectives. - Ensure security analysts are completing necessary work on time without delays. - Ensure customers achieve the required security objectives such as compliance frameworks on time. - Monitor and enforce SLAs for responding to customer requests. - Develop methods of tracking project progress and performance, analyzing results to determine potential issues, risks, and enhancements. - Improve and maintain customer retention. - Availability to travel up to 2 weeks out of the year.
