Program Manager, Health Plan Data
Vatica Health
- Own and manage the end-to-end Health Plan Data Submissions program lifecycle (HPDE, Bridge, PayerOne, DAV), from intake and planning through file generation, validation, submission, and confirmation - Design and maintain a capacity-aware, input-driven execution model that replaces static calendar-based planning and improves delivery predictability - Ensure delivery against fixed, non-negotiable submission deadlines while managing competing priorities and ad-hoc demand - Serve as the primary point of accountability for submission delivery, providing clear status reporting, risk assessment, and escalation to stakeholders and leadership - Translate technical, operational, and business requirements into clear timelines and executable delivery plans - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear ownership, effective handoffs, and timely execution - Proactively identify delivery risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize errors, rework, and downstream disruption - Establish and maintain a structured system of record for submission requests, milestone tracking, and delivery confirmations to reduce manual coordination risk
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or delivery roles supporting complex, deadline-driven initiatives
- Demonstrated progression in scope and accountability within program or operations roles
- Experience managing programs with multiple dependencies and fixed delivery timelines
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to understand and translate complex data, file formats, and technical processes into executable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare data exchange, quality reporting, or regulated healthcare environments
- Familiarity with Health Plan Data Submissions workflows, including HPDE, Bridge, PayerOne, or DAV
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and operational teams
- Experience supporting audit-sensitive or compliance-driven deliverables
