• The VP, Payer Strategy & Contracting, is the founding payer hire for Scan.com's US business. You will report to the CEO, Charlie Bullock. • Convert the large active pipeline of health plan, TPA, and cost-containment conversations to signed contracts, taking hand-off from the CEO and driving each deal to close • Open new payer conversations beyond the CEO-sourced pipeline, building further opportunities through outbound, conferences, and your own network • Build bespoke analysis for every live deal, including claims data review, site-of-care savings models, network maps, state-level performance data, and unit economics • Design rate architecture and SLA structures that are defensible against payer counters and protect Scan.com's contribution margin across fee-for-service, bundled, and case-rate constructs • Own deal execution end-to-end, including term sheet drafting, legal coordination, redlines, and contracting through to countersigned paper • Build and manage the ongoing relationship with each contracted payer post-signature, including quarterly performance reviews, issue escalation, and volume growth • Build the reusable payer contracting playbook, documenting rate models, contract templates, SLA standards, and performance benchmarks that scale across states and payer types • Use modern AI tools as a core part of how you work, compressing analysis, drafting, modelling, and deal-cycle time well above industry baseline • Translate live payer feedback into product, operational, and network priorities, feeding back into state expansion, provider roster, and radiology build decisions • Represent Scan.com at payer-facing forums, including regional health plan conferences, contracting roundtables, and counterpart network events • Build and lead a team beneath you covering sales and contracting as the function scales beyond a single seat

• Build and maintain dbt models that transform raw source data into reliable, well-documented, tested analytical assets used across the business • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Product to translate ambiguous business questions into precise analytical deliverables. You should be able to identify if the ask needs refinement before the work begins • Design and ship Tableau dashboards and data products that automate reporting that currently requires manual effort, permanently removing recurring analytical burden from the team • Identify gaps in our data coverage and work with engineering or independently to close them — whether that means writing a Python ingestion pipeline or modeling a new source • Maintain data quality standards across the warehouse: write dbt tests, monitor for anomalies, and ensure that the numbers stakeholders see are trustworthy • Contribute to the team's analytical infrastructure. This means shared macros, source definitions, documentation standards, and CI/CD practices. • Stretch into data engineering or data science as business needs demand and for your own personal development: pipeline development, ML feature preparation, or predictive modeling are all on the table for the right candidate

• Owning the global content strategy across B2C and B2B, UK and US markets, in close partnership with the VP, Marketing • Partnering with D2C and B2B Marketing Leads to ensure content supports acquisition, conversion and commercial pipeline goals in both markets • Driving Scan.com's organic content programme in tandem with our SEO consultant: topical authority planning, content gap analysis, and measurable growth in non-branded search traffic across both markets • Writing high-quality content across a range of formats: long-form articles, landing pages, email copy, B2B collateral, social copy, and more • Building and managing a network of trusted freelance contributors to extend content capacity across clinical, technical and specialist subject areas • Owning content operations: brief templates, editorial calendar, review and approval workflow, and quality control that will scale as the team grows

• Reporting to Humale, our Chief Product & Technology Officer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and operations, building the automation layer that connects us to external providers. • Your primary focus will be designing and deploying solutions that connect with third-party systems to enable scenarios like document transfer. • Design, build, and maintain automations that extract data from legacy physician platforms and trigger downstream patient scheduling workflows • Navigate a diverse landscape of legacy systems, building resilient scraping and data extraction logic that handles UI inconsistencies across vendors • Develop robust error handling and exception management architecture, including structured exception queues, retry logic, alerting, and human-in-the-loop escalation workflows • Build data validation and reconciliation layers that verify the accuracy of data transferred between systems, preventing downstream issues like patient mismatches and documentation errors • Partner with operations, engineering, and external partners to gather requirements, understand system stability needs, and plan for solution nuances. • Document all workflows, decision logic, edge cases, and process maps with the explicit goal of creating the foundation for future agentic AI automation

• As a Senior Software Engineer, Integrations, you will architect and build the systems that make these connections robust, observable, and extensible. • Design and implement HL7 v2 transformation pipelines — parsing, normalizing, enriching, and routing ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, and MDM message types across heterogeneous RIS and EHR systems with non-standard vendor extensions. • Build and maintain integration connectors for modern and legacy imaging center RIS systems. • Architect fault-tolerant message queuing and delivery infrastructure for inbound and outbound HL7 and API traffic. • Develop interfaces for demand-side EHR integrations, including mapping from internal data models to FHIR-compliant (and other standards) representations. • Build and maintain REST API integrations with third-party referral sources, attorney platforms, and demand aggregators, including OAuth flows, rate limiting, retry logic, and schema versioning. • Own the observability layer for the integration infrastructure: structured logging, alerting on message processing latency/failures, and dashboards that surface issues before they reach the operations teams. • Contribute to the design of integration onboarding tooling that reduces time-to-live for new imaging center and referral source connections. • Provide technical mentorship to mid-level engineers and participate in architecture reviews across the broader Engineering org.

• Scan.com's integration layer is mission-critical infrastructure. • Build and maintain integration connectors for modern and legacy EHR systems to retrieve physician referrals and relevant patient documentation. • Architect fault-tolerant message queuing and delivery infrastructure for inbound and outbound HL7 and API traffic. • Build and maintain REST API integrations with third-party referral sources, attorney platforms, and demand aggregators. • Own the observability layer for the integration infrastructure: structured logging, alerting on message processing latency/failures, and dashboards that surface issues before they reach the operations teams. • Within 90 days, you have a complete mental model of our integration workflows. • You have identified and remediated the most critical reliability gaps in our referral pipeline. • You have designed or materially evolved our data workflows.
