• Lead the development and operation of the regional Project Management Office (PMO) • Coordinate strategic regional projects and drive accountability • Manage portfolio of regional strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery • Develop and maintain project management methodologies and reporting frameworks • Drive operational excellence and streamline processes across the region • Prepare operational reports and support leadership decision-making • Oversee the administration and compliance of legal entities in Brazil and Mexico • Manage regional vendor relationships and contracts • Provide oversight for São Paulo office operations
• Draw up operational plans with measurable targets, specific checkpoints, and clear financial commitments. • Conduct due diligence and needs assessments to evaluate and expand cleft care coverage across designated countries. • Lead the planning and implementation of annual programmatic goals in line with Smile Train’s global priorities. • Submit the budget for regional review and implement the same in the best possible manner. • Monitor and visit partner facilities regularly to ensure high-quality program delivery. • Collect and analyze program data to measure partner performance and programmatic impact. • Coordinate capacity-building initiatives, including workshops and training for local cleft care teams. • Support and maintain relationships with existing partners and grant recipients to ensure alignment with organizational goals, policies and standards.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for treatment and non-treatment partners, government agencies, and training institutions. • Ensure effective collaboration and alignment between Smile Train and local partners, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges proactively. • Conduct due diligence and needs assessments to evaluate and expand cleft care coverage across designated countries. • Lead the planning and implementation of annual programmatic goals in line with Smile Train’s global priorities. • Monitor and visit partner facilities regularly to ensure high-quality and safe program delivery.
• Serve as a visionary fundraising leader to secure resources for free cleft surgery. • Manage a personal portfolio of major and principal donors. • Secure major gifts at the $25K+ level. • Lead annual budget preparation for major gifts and team goal-setting. • Collaborate with various teams to engage high-net-worth prospects. • Motivate, coach, and evaluate a team of accountable gift officers. • Monitor major gifts team metrics and report to executive leadership. • Build high-caliber, customized stewardship materials. • Ensure optimal Salesforce usage for donor management. • Establish departmental policies for major gift fundraising operations.
