National Program Manager – Workers' Compensation

• Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows for the Workers' Compensation division • Support and manage operational teams, including training and performance management • Develop and track KPIs to measure operational excellence and program performance • Build efficient processes and systems to support the scalable growth of the WC program • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Network Operations, and Growth teams to ensure seamless execution • Assess and support network strategy as it ties into operational utilization and state-specific requirements • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency • Manage relationships with suppliers, providers, and key stakeholders in the WC ecosystem • Ensure compliance with state regulations and Workers' Compensation requirements • Create and maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and training materials

Job Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling operational programs, workflows, or teams in healthcare, workers' compensation, insurance, or adjacent industries
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives from concept to execution
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence principles, including process optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in establishing and tracking operational metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with Workers Compensation processes, state regulations, or healthcare operations (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational concepts into clear documentation and training materials
  • Bias toward action and ownership, with a hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for patients
