The Program Manager, Health Plan Data Submissions is responsible for designing, owning, and operating a process-driven, capacity-aware planning and execution model for the Submission Files Team, with primary accountability for Health Plan Data Submissions, including HPDE, Bridge, PayerOne, and DAV.     This role ensures submission timelines are predictable, scalable, and resilient to ad-hoc demand, while maintaining clear visibility, governance, and accountability across stakeholders. The Program Manager owns the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of submission cycles, delivering against non-negotiable deadlines in a complex, highly regulated environment.     Serving as the central point of accountability for submission delivery, this role works cross-functionally with Configuration, File Generation, Validation, and Delivery teams to align capacity, timelines, and priorities.
