Oracle AI Cloud Procurement Functional Specialist

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Procurement functional solutions • Configure procurement business processes including: Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Receiving, Invoice Matching • Configure approval workflows, document styles, procurement BU setups, procurement agents, and purchasing controls • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven procurement automation and process improvements • Support Oracle AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion Procurement, including intelligent recommendations, spend insights, supplier intelligence, and automation features • Collaborate with Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Supplier Portal teams for end-to-end integration • Configure and support procurement integrations with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, and HDL • Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support • Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and user guides • Support data migration activities related to suppliers, items, procurement catalogs, purchase orders, and contracts • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support • Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and assess the impact of new Oracle AI and Procurement features
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Procurement Catalogs
- Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM functional consulting
- Knowledge of Oracle AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Experience with procurement approval workflows and BPM configuration
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, FBDI, and BI Publisher
- Experience in data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials integration, especially Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, and go-live support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
