Vista
• Support the Product Marketing strategy for PPAG Assortment by collaborating on NPI ideation, prioritization, and quality review • Build and maintain close relations with the small to medium tier fulfillers in the European market through active Account Management • Support the Sourcing Manager in developing the strategy to grow our network of fulfillers by active acquisition of new partners to support further growth of our PPAG Assortment as well as provide capacity back-up to fulfill our orders, ensuring the most competitive (COGS & services) supply chain set up • Analyze the performance of your 3PF assortment launched in the market at product batch/ product launch level, discuss findings and influences for next assortment launches with Product Sourcing Manager • Guide Potential Fulfillers through our Onboarding process and partner with our onboarding team in Barcelona and Mumbai to add new fulfillers to our platform. • Work closely with our Global NPI Product Data team, to ensure the products you select to support our strategies, are built in our Product Database correctly. • Partner with your teammates to create scale and drive efficiency. You’ll have a direct counterpart, with who you’ll improve the overall value of our products and create processes that simplify our operations. • Maintain structure and documentation of 3PF relationship management by driving the use of tools to easily document all ongoing discussions, meetings, notes with 3PFs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Economics
- 3-5+ years of experience in detailed oriented vendor management and data analytics
- Experience in Product / Category Management, preferably in Apparel or Hardgoods or both
- The ability to adapt in a face-paced, constantly evolving environment and an excellent attention to detail.
