Role Description The Procurement Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the Compliance team on processes that ensure company contracts are accurate from the start, minimize risk to the company and invoiceable, and receivable by operations. Coordinates with Procurement Managers and company stakeholders to make sure upstream requirements in company contracts are captured in downstream contracts with our vendors. Contribute to the development of procurement key performance indicators related to contract completion timelines, accuracy, and vendor services. Work collaboratively across the organization and actively supports the company’s values and beliefs. This position can be located at any of our office locations: Phoenix, AZ; Clinton, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Centennial, CO; Irving, TX; or Fargo, ND. Based on the experience and skillset of the individual identified, we are open to a remote-based role with ability to travel to our office and field site locations to support events or department activities. • Build supplier relationships, create supplier accountability. • Target low performing suppliers (OTD, responsiveness) and develop RCA / performance improvement plans. • Drive delivery strategy and execution at assigned suppliers (VMI or direct shipments) • Identify and resolve input material risks through raw material reviews with assigned suppliers (eg: Electronic component risks for PCBA suppliers) • Apply early risk identification techniques to deliveries. • Coordinate with functional experts to resolve those problems before impact to internal customers. • Regular on-site supplier visits • Identify capacity risks at suppliers and coordinate mitigation with BV (GE partner) and collaborate with suppliers to execute capacity plans. • Solve logistics problems to ensure successful delivery outcomes for our customers. • Communicate timely, articulately, and effectively across key stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership.

• Work on newly created jobs, in-progress assigned jobs, and roles requiring renewed sourcing support • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates while promoting BruntWork's career opportunities across various sourcing channels • Review job requirements to identify suitable candidate profiles and create effective job advertisements • Collaborate with Job Owners, Recruitment Operations, and other stakeholders to support hiring needs • Generate qualified candidates and maintain active, healthy pipelines across assigned roles • Keep candidate records and sourcing activities updated within internal systems

• Work with assigned Proposal Analyst and SMEs to identify and collect relevant text from previous responses • Read the RFP and related documents in detail • Attend proposal kick-off meeting and status meetings • Populate and/or customize proposal text owned by the proposals team as needed for each proposal • Review text from SMEs for adherence to style guide; provide feedback and suggested edits • Keep track of requirement gaps and outstanding text deliverables • Incorporate edits from SMEs and Sales lead, proofread, and revise text during each text review cycle • Complete final editing/formatting of text • Deliver error-free files for proposal production • Support proposal production tasks, as needed • Write and improve assigned proposal boilerplate text by incorporating and documenting updates from SMEs through both bid process and boilerplate review meetings • Maintain and update graphics as needed for boilerplate and proposals
