Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one of the following states: NY, CO, NJ, CA, NV. - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong emphasis on contract negotiation and employment law. - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-state legal matters. - Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site operations is preferred. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across departments.
