• Establish and own the QA department, processes, and standards • Design and implement test strategies across multiple applications (web + mobile) • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation • Build and manage automation frameworks for regression and critical flows • Implement bug tracking, triage, and reporting workflows • Partner with engineering to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines • Define release quality gates and acceptance criteria • Evaluate and implement modern QA tools (AI-assisted testing, automation, etc.) • Set up intake processes, QA workflows, and testing environments • Perform hands-on testing when needed (manual + automated)

• Play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of critical applications • Shape the company's digital strategies including live commerce and immersive customer experiences • Foster collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and departments

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using C# (MVC) and SQL Server • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications

• Manage sample tracking to ensure all final products arrive ahead of photoshoots and launches • Review samples for accuracy and maintain detailed product knowledge • Support photoshoots, including onsite sample management and documentation of styles/colorways • Prepare product launch briefs outlining SKUs, pricing (MSRP), materials, and key selling features • Coordinate jewelry labeling processes, including file creation and vendor communication • Update marketing materials and collaborate with Marketing and Copywriting to ensure accurate product messaging • Capture behind-the-scenes content to support social media initiatives • Provide operational support for packaging and collection development

• Providing legal advice and guidance to owners, the executive team and other company departments. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • Managing litigation and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed. • Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in laws that may affect the company. • Overseeing corporate governance and ensuring adherence to corporate policies. • Managing intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. • Handling employee relations and labor law issues. • Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests. • Manage and oversee outside counsel and various firms • Oversee the Compliance Department for Bomb Party in accordance with all FTC guidelines • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

• The Lead Application Development Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of critical applications. • Foster collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and departments. • Define backend frameworks and engineering standards across applications. • Establish cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS preferred). • Architect for scalability, reliability, performance, and security. • Build systems designed for long-term scalability, not short-term patches. • Lead API architecture and integration design across platforms. • Design and implement a centralized data hub strategy to decouple applications from legacy systems. • Implement monitoring and observability standards (New Relic or similar).
