• Providing legal advice and guidance to owners, the executive team and other company departments. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • Managing litigation and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed. • Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in laws that may affect the company. • Overseeing corporate governance and ensuring adherence to corporate policies. • Managing intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. • Handling employee relations and labor law issues. • Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests. • Manage and oversee outside counsel and various firms • Oversee the Compliance Department for Bomb Party in accordance with all FTC guidelines • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Active membership in a state bar association
  • Previous experience working in support of a direct sales company is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases
  • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
