• Planning, developing, coordinating, and directing multiple projects for a variety of clients • Maintaining close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion • Managing, mentoring, and working with staff as needed to provide a positive team environment • Maintaining an understanding of relevant regulatory programs, funding requirements, design standards and procedures through active participation in continuing education programs and professional associations • Representing SEH with agencies at project and public meetings • Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects • Present proposals to clients, interview for projects, and select project teams • Being an internal project manager and determining major project design decisions in conjunction with client • Performing complex design calculations • Checking accuracy of completed work and being responsible for ensuring QA/QC procedures are followed

• Design Material Handling Systems Solutions in “green”, “brown”, and “existing” facilities • Supply Budget & Firm Pricing for designed systems • Vendor Support & Coordination • Maintain & Update Budget Pricing Tool • Be the “Expert” in client presentations • Go to client sites to understand current systems and make recommendations for changes • Understand the new technologies as they come into the marketplace

• Develop and maintain 3D fluid line routes within complex vehicle assemblies using CREO • Route tubing, flex lines, and rigid fluid lines for propellant, pressurant, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or purge systems • Coordinate routing paths with structures, thermal, electrical, and propulsion teams to resolve interference conflicts • Produce complete 2D engineering drawings for fluid lines, tube assemblies, and associated fluid system hardware • Support the CAD team's efforts to prepare the design baseline for production release

• Responsible for the design, modeling, and documentation of passive thermal insulation systems • Work cross-functionally with thermal and structures engineering teams • Interface directly with program stakeholders to deliver high-quality drawings and documentation • Develop complete 3D and 2D models and engineering drawings for passive thermal insulation systems using CREO • Produce drawings in .CATDrawing or .drw file formats in accordance with program standards • Support design of MLI blanket flat patterns, layup stackups, and installation details • Ensure all models and drawings are fully complete and ready for peer review and final approval
