SIXT
• You provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction • You communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English • You analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions • You adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills • You proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain a service-oriented mindset • You work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts
Job Requirements
- You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you
- You speak fluently Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
- You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy
- You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
