• Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions related to AI infrastructure and data center operations • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups • Assist with recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition administrative tasks • Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends for technical hiring
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Internship or work experience in recruitment in human resources is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn technical recruiting and support hiring for AI and Data Center-related roles
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Ensure all internal and external staff are prepared for interviews, and have the tools to engage with couples who may be new to Jewish spaces and/or practices. • Lead selection logistics across cohorts. Evaluate applicant demographics and participation trends, in partnership with Regional Directors, ensuring selection process is aligned with HMI’s mission and values. • Own the applicant-facing voice of HMI in email, forms, and touchpoints. Ensure a consistent, human-centered experience, even at scale. • Partner with Marketing & Communications on recruitment campaigns, applicant-facing content, and conversion rates. Use applicant insights and data to help shape messaging and communications that encourage engagement and participation. • Act as project manager, leading the planning and coordination of application cycles across communities. Help teams stay aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and priorities. Ensure key milestones are met and that staff have the information and support they need to move the work forward effectively. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in Salesforce and related systems. Provide reporting and insights to colleagues and leadership, so they fully understand progress and trends around the overall applicant journey. • Communicate proactively and consistently, keeping the Chief Program Officer informed of progress, emerging challenges, and opportunities. Approach problem-solving thoughtfully, bringing forward recommendations and potential solutions when issues arise.
