Ensure a consistent, human-centered experience, even at scale. • Partner with Marketing & Communications on recruitment campaigns, applicant-facing content, and conversion rates. Use applicant insights and data to help shape messaging and communications that encourage engagement and participation. • Act as project manager, leading the planning and coordination of application cycles across communities.
