As a CRM Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including: - Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. - Creating timelines and development goals. - Testing the stability and functionality of the application. You Will: - Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and code quality. - Develop world-class technical solutions to support critical business objectives. - Lead projects throughout key phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle. - Improve platform code performance, security, scalability, and reliability by identifying process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies. - Design and implement feature flag strategies for safe, decoupled deployments. - Drive test automation modernization (mocking/stubbing, selective test execution, sub-10-min validation). - Build event-driven integrations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Pub/Sub API. - Contribute to developer experience tooling — sandbox automation, deployment scripts, AI-powered code review. - Own CI/CD pipeline health — build, test, and deploy automation. - Collaborate with business partners, engineers, and business systems analysts to determine CRM needs and help implement best practices. Qualifications - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise scale solutions leveraging Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite, GitHub Actions, or similar) for Salesforce deployments. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and prompt engineering for code generation. - Experience with trunk-based development, feature branching, and delta deployment strategies. - Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns (Platform Events, CDC, Pub/Sub API). - Experience with test optimization — mocking frameworks, selective test execution, parallel testing. - Extensive development experience using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration including configuration, standard data model, security, and automations such as validation rules, workflows, process flows. - Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Develop and finalize REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce using Apex callouts • Review and maintain API Swagger/OpenAPI documentation • Troubleshoot API errors, failures, and outages through and post launch • Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and handlers for Flash use cases • Configure and update validation rules, field dependencies, and workflow logic • Implement default value overrides and process automation as required • Build and configure onboarding Salesforce cases for Flash clients • Align case structures with existing Prepaid Salesforce patterns and standards • Update Salesforce UI components (LWC or page layouts) based on design artifacts • Support API-driven data population and rendering • Configure selectable field values and hardcode fields where specified
