Job Requirements
- Salesforce development experience with strong, demonstrable Apex skills (triggers, classes, callouts)4+ years
- Hands-on experience building and consuming REST API integrations from Salesforce
- Proven ability to operate as the sole technical resource — independently making design and implementation decisions
- Experience with Salesforce case management, onboarding flows, and process automation
- Comfortable working from design artifacts to implement UI changes (LWC experience a plus)
- Prior experience with ServiceNow–Salesforce integrations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Prepaid or financial services Salesforce implementations is an advantage
- Strong written communication — able to produce API and troubleshooting documentation
