• Define and drive enterprise-level technical solutions and approaches • Lead solution design and develop key artifacts including process diagrams and concepts of operation • Serve as a senior technical authority and maintain deep expertise of technologies and industry practices • Partner cross-functionally with executive stakeholders in the company’s business units • Influence early-stage opportunity shaping by leading technical engagement to government Requests for Information (RFIs) and Sources Sought notices • Direct technical solution strategy development for select opportunities during the business development lifecycle • Oversee development of compliant, compelling, and cost-effective technical solutions and proposals • Lead the creation and execution of technical win strategies and themes that resonate with decision makers • Provide executive-level oversight of cost strategy • Collaborate with proposal writers to articulate overarching approach and lead solution sessions • Author and deliver strategic thought leadership content
Job Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or STEM-related degrees
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in directing technical program activities or solution development
- Advanced industry-recognized certifications, such as ITIL, AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Oracle Database / MySQL Administration, Cisco certs, the CISM, CEH
- Deep expertise with enterprise and systems architectures and advanced capabilities transition
- Extensive experience with applied technology within the federal, defense and intelligence domains, with a strong understanding of procurement processes, mission needs, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to form, lead, and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration
- Executive-level business acumen, with the ability to take a broad and enterprise view of the business
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
