• The Lead will supervise a team within Production Support and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling and assigning tasks, triaging critical issues, data changes, and verifications. • The person in this role will work independently with minimal guidance from management, and will guide and mentor junior staff. • The role requires interaction with internal study teams and other functional groups. • The role also requires interaction with external end users and sponsors and may serve as a 3rd tier of issue escalation.

• Recruits, trains, evaluates, supervises and supports the work of research staff assigned to One Plan union campaigns and programs; provide leadership to research staff, both international and local and assure that plans and work assignments are consistent with the organizing, political, mobilization and campaign goals of SEIU. • Works with International Union research staff in the development of effective national organizing, political and other priority campaigns. • Provides ongoing support to the union leads on the union campaigns and programs. • Assists with the direct implementation of strategies and tactics that support these national union campaigns and programs, including working with leaders and union staff to develop organizing and policy campaign strategies. • Assists in the creation of Local union research networks that support the development of long-term capacity and campaign work in the Local unions. • Provides research assistance to SEIU State councils for legislation, regulations and other political activity. • Provides policy/funding analysis to support campaign strategies. • Provides education and training of International and Local staff on policy and industry issues related to the campaigns and programs of SEIU. • Works with employers and industry officials on industrial policy issues • Performs other duties as assigned in support of the work of the department.

• Manage a Dedicated Player Book: Own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of VIPs, driving engagement and loyalty through personalized outreach (SMS, phone, email). • Bonus Oversight & Execution: Oversee the bonusing for your assigned players; ensuring we are rewarding the right behaviors, managing reinvestment rates effectively, and protecting company margins. • Strategic Product Advisory: Act as the "Voice of the Player" by advising the product team on which game providers, titles (e.g., high-limit tables, specific slots), and features are needed to improve the VIP experience. • Lifecycle & Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle, from initial "potting" and onboarding to long-term loyalty milestones. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze player activity to ensure bonuses are aligned with "Theoretical Win" and actual play, rather than just reacting to player requests. • Gather & Translate Feedback: Systematically collect player insights regarding site UX/UI and competition, translating "player talk" into actionable feedback for the Retention and Product teams. • Monitor Player Health: Track activity drops and behavioral shifts to execute proactive reactivation strategies before churn occurs. • Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all interactions and player incentives adhere to regulatory standards and responsible gaming protocols.

• Support the onboarding process for new audit clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear setup of audit workflows and documentation. • Participate in day-to-day audit engagement tasks, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, workpaper preparation, and completion of audit programs. • Use company software to complete audit, reporting, and compliance-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Prepare audit schedules, management letters, reconciliations, and other audit documentation in line with professional standards. • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of risk that may require further audit attention. • Research complex auditing, accounting, and regulatory issues to provide practical solutions and ensure compliance with applicable standards. • Assist with U.S. federal and state compliance requirements related to client audit engagements, including year-end reporting and filing support. • During off-peak seasons, **support related teams with bookkeeping, tax returns, financial reporting, and other accounting functions as needed.** • Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation as needed.
