Role Description The Campaign Coordinator has responsibility for representing and assisting the International Union in carrying out its overall organizing programs and initiatives. The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing and coordinating strategic, external organizing campaigns; managing overall field operations; directing and managing the work of campaign staff. Qualifications - Minimum of five (5) years of external labor organizing experience; or a combination of four (4) years external and one (1) year internal labor organizing, and a minimum of three (3) years leading campaigns. - A minimum of three (3) years of leading field teams or staff. - Graduation from a four-year college or university is not required, but is a plus. - Bilingual fluency in English and a second language is preferred.
