• Acting as a key point of contact for data protection queries across Catch22, providing practical advice in a timely and efficient manner to internal/external stakeholders. • Managing the Data Protection Team mailbox, triaging and responding to queries. • Managing data protection incidents end to end, including assessing risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. • Managing and maintaining the Data Subject Rights log. • Coordinating and managing data subject rights requests in line with organisational processes. • Managing Subject Access Requests end to end. • Advising stakeholders on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). • Managing and prioritising workload to meet statutory and organisational deadlines. • Providing clear, practical advice and guidance to stakeholders on data protection requirements. • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of data protection processes, procedures, and the data protection management system. • Advising stakeholders on the development and review of service-specific privacy notices.
Job Requirements
- Awareness of regulatory expectations and guidance (e.g. ICO guidelines)
- Awareness of UK Data Protection Legislation
- A non-judgmental attitude with an understanding of Catch22's mission.
- Experience in managing or supporting Subject Access Requests.
- Experience working independently, managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Open to learning and expanding on knowledge in the UK Data Protection sector.

• Manage inventory flow by coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. • Collaborate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely inbound and outbound operations. • Ensure all orders are processed within SLA and resolve outstanding or delayed cases promptly. • Monitor PO inbound completion, backlog cases, cancellations, and customer return to maintain accurate stock positions. • Handle disputes or claims related to missing parcels, unreceived returns, or failed deliveries with the necessary supporting documentation. • Track and report operational KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports (inventory adjustments, claims, ageing, reconciliation), and highlight performance insights. • Manage 3PL performance, conduct audits, track issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Expedite and track deliveries between seller center and Synagie systems to ensure accurate fulfilment and system alignment. • Identify operational or warehouse-related issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose actionable improvements. • Maintain effective communication with Customer Service, BD, Finance, Tech, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth daily operations. • Support process improvement and business innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management to support business priorities.
