• Manage inventory flow by coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. • Collaborate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely inbound and outbound operations. • Ensure all orders are processed within SLA and resolve outstanding or delayed cases promptly. • Monitor PO inbound completion, backlog cases, cancellations, and customer return to maintain accurate stock positions. • Handle disputes or claims related to missing parcels, unreceived returns, or failed deliveries with the necessary supporting documentation. • Track and report operational KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports (inventory adjustments, claims, ageing, reconciliation), and highlight performance insights. • Manage 3PL performance, conduct audits, track issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Expedite and track deliveries between seller center and Synagie systems to ensure accurate fulfilment and system alignment. • Identify operational or warehouse-related issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose actionable improvements. • Maintain effective communication with Customer Service, BD, Finance, Tech, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth daily operations. • Support process improvement and business innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management to support business priorities.

• Draft PRs/POs & follow up, tracking to completion • Day-to-day planning & buying analysis • Invoice submission • Analyze PO metrics (PR→PO, OTD, etc.) • Analyze & improve transportation & logistics lanes • Inventory tracking and improvement • Manage RFQs for non-critical/non-strategic equipment • Organize and maintain diligence documentation • Track required certifications and regulatory requirements for all equipment • Support internal compliance reviews • Support contract management and adherence to commercial terms • Collaborate with Category Management to ensure contractual terms are current • Work closely with O&M to align on spare parts/replacement needs and RMAs • Support Procurement on data inputs and systems integration roll outs • Enforce procurement policies • Escalations to Procurement Manager, Category Manager and/or Sr. Director as needed • Resolve supplier quality and AP payment issues in collaboration with internal teams • Support onboarding and qualification of new suppliers • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and requirements • Contribute to risk management and escalation strategies for global supply chain disruptions • Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery; expedite as needed

• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems. • Define testing objectives, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies. • Ensure alignment of testing activities with program requirements and industry standards. • Lead the execution of functional, performance, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Perform automated and manual testing as appropriate. • Document, analyze, and report test results, identifying defects, risks, and areas for improvement. • Ensure adherence to software quality assurance standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks. • Validate that security, interoperability, and performance requirements are met. • Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by embedding automated testing. • Expertise with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman). • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration. • Familiarity with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla). • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). • Knowledge of cybersecurity testing, secure coding standards, and vulnerability assessment. • Understanding of system integration testing, interoperability, and requirements validation.
