• The Preconstruction Manager supports Pivot Energy’s preconstruction function from mid- to late-stage development handoff through EPC Agreement execution and transition into project delivery. • This role coordinates contractor engagement, bidding, estimating, commercial alignment, project-specific contracting, and budget formation in support of Pivot Energy’s project delivery methodologies, including but not limited to Design-Build, Integrated Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and other delivery approaches used to support successful IPP project execution. • The role engages preferred contractor partners and internal stakeholders across Development, Legal, Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Procurement, Engineering, Compliance, and other functions as needed to ensure projects enter execution with aligned scope, documented assumptions, commercial clarity, realistic schedules, appropriate risk allocation, strong document discipline, and budgets structured for effective execution control. • This role must understand job costing methodologies and have experience working with project management software, job costing systems, ERP platforms, and related reporting or analytics tools that support estimating, budget setup, cost tracking, forecasting, and continuity into execution. • This position materially supports Pivot’s eight focus areas throughout the preconstruction stage: Stakeholder Management, Contract Management, Quality Management, Financial Management, Schedule Management, Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Document Management, ensuring projects are well-planned, commercially sound, buildable, and aligned with cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance goals.

Role Description As the Category Manager, Solar and BESS Equipment, you will lead Solar PV and Energy Storage sourcing activities & supplier management to implement opportunities to improve cost, quality, delivery, and reliability to reach organizational goals. This role will shape Pivot Energy’s category management strategy by developing processes and procedures that will ensure best practices for key equipment categories. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Procurement. • Provide technical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and round-trip efficiency for hundreds of solar and storage assets. • Oversee the portfolio from through the asset operating lifecycle, utilizing robust operating plans and budgets to drive output. • Drive the development of "best-in-industry" data and software tools to accommodate a scaling asset base. Title: Senior Paralegal, Legal Operations Location: Denver, Colorado Department: Legal Job Description: Full-time / Hybrid ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Paralegal, Legal Operations, will partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to support legal strategy, execution, and operational priorities across the company. This role serves as a key connector between legal and the business, with a particular focus on litigation and dispute support, internal discovery leadership, data-driven analysis, and the development and implementation of scalable legal processes and workflows. This role also provides direct support to the Chief Legal Officer in managing day-to-day priorities, including managing the CLO’s calendar, meetings, and key deliverables. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure the CLO’s time and focus are aligned with the company’s most critical legal and strategic initiatives. $225,000, along with eligibility for the company’s substantial bonus plan, with a target bonus of 30% of annual salary (prorated in the first year based on start date). • Help progress projects through development workflow under direction of Project Operations Manager, PM Team • Support the organization and review of contracts in internal document library • Interface with vendors and subcontractors • Support Project Managers with monitoring subcontractor construction progress on a regular basis, reinforcing safety and quality with subcontractors and addressing any issues that arise during construction • Initiate close-out procedures and prepare close-out documents • Work alongside the Finance Team to prepare EPC specific documents and checklist items • Attend and provide support on most contractor and utility scheduled meetings • Maintain internal and external data rooms • Support PM team in management of Procore • Monitor and track schedule changes and flag issues on scheduled milestones • Support in review and creation of team processes • Travel to sites as necessary
• Market Analysis • Work with other members of the Project Development Strategy team and the Policy team to qualitatively research market structures and project development opportunities across the US • Work with the Project Development and Financial Modeling & Analysis teams to use financial modeling tools to quantitatively evaluate the business case for Pivot to expand into various new market segments • Help guide the initial execution of new market strategies, e.g., by defining site acquisition and system design parameters • Compose RFP responses by compiling information about specific projects, bids, company information, etc. • Track opportunities and analysis requests using Pivot’s CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Proactively provide feedback to different teams regarding the potential for improvements in internal tools for modeling and analysis
• Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics: Monitor real-time and historical plant data to identify underperformance related to system alerts, equipment efficiency, AC and DC health, including but not limited to inverter efficiency, tracker misalignment, or string-level anomalies. • System Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to improve energy yield and system availability. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting system performance, grid stability, and control systems. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead technical investigations into equipment failures and outage events. Move beyond "what" happened to "why" by correlating meteorological data with electrical output. • Data Automation: Develop and maintain Python/R scripts or SQL queries to automate the ingestion and cleaning of DAS/SCADA data, replacing manual spreadsheet workflows. • Advanced Modeling: Use PVsyst and DAS modeling logic to compare actual vs. expected energy production, adjusting for degradation and weather variance and system loss identification. • Action Liaison: Translate complex data findings into "Action Reports." You will tell the asset managers and field technicians which specific components to test, reducing "truck roll" costs and mean time to repair (MTTR). • Contractual Compliance: Calculate and track Guarantee Availability and Performance Ratio (PR) to ensure O&M providers are meeting PPA obligations. • Additional responsibilities as required.
