Packaging Specialist

Cielo Talent

• Drive growth of cushioning portfolio across assigned region in partnership with local Account Managers. • Ability to prioritize time and resources effectively to drive results. • Understand key market dynamics and customer needs related to our cushioning portfolio and work closely with marketing and I&D to ensure appropriate market, product, innovation and solutions in the appropriate areas. • Present product and solution knowledge to distribution channels in partnership with Account Managers and RSD’s. • Work closely with our Packaging Application Centers on custom projects and be prepared to discuss/prepare value analysis and key product specifications to help the sales team close or retain the business. • Align with RSD and sales training team to uncover gaps in product/solution knowledge and a strategy to mitigate those gaps in a timely fashion.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales
  • 3+ years of MS Office Suite
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, CRM knowledgeable
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to be creative
  • Ability to present complex topics in easy-to-understand way
  • Ability to influence decision-making and negotiate with customers
  • Ability to work across teams and navigate complex environment
  • Demonstrates learning agility
