• Ensure customer satisfaction through building meaningful relationships with customers and mill personnel. • This position is the conduit between sales, manufacturing, and our customers. • Represent all of Twin Rivers' paper markets (publishing, label, packaging, and technical). • Collect, analyze, and define field problems as well as help drive the internal and external resolution. • Understand the paper making and finishing processes that enable effective description of issues to help solve customer concerns. • Participate in new product and improvement trials at the end users in an effort to provide meaningful and timely feedback to the mills. • Periodically visit warehouses and contracted converters to be sure they are representing Twin Rivers and our products in a professional manner. • Generate reports to communicate and build a database of customer feedback and knowledge. • Provide technical support to the paper mills ensuring that all applicable quality standards are adhered to.
• Managing and administrating the Corporate & Madawaska Salaried payrolls. • Ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with all regulations. • Reviewing and auditing payroll data, including employee earnings, deductions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and time records. • Maintaining payroll records, preparing payroll reports, supporting payroll tax filings and remittances. • Partnering with Finance, Benefits, HR, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Craft effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and market trends • Monitor sale performance and adjust strategies to optimize the sales pipeline • Work with customer service, marketing and demand planning to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner (i.e., onboarding documents, credit forms, NBO, Inventory programs, rebate accruals, complaint bottlenecks, forecast updates) • Require a strong understanding of editorial processes, content strategy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Be adept at setting and monitoring KPI’s, managing budgets, and reporting on the performance of published content. • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed with the company’s CRM or other sales management system.

• The Technical & Packaging Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Packaging and Technical Sales. • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing customers and volumes and growing new profitable sales volumes within the technical and food packaging markets. • Design, development and deployment of effective customer management and new business development. • Execution of prospecting plans for new client and transformation into increased business. • Develop a pipeline of new business in support of company strategy and key initiatives. • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
