• Be part of a team with rotating shifts that cover a 24/7 operation • Update training and support documentation • Respond to and manage new and existing trouble tickets (aka “on-call duty”) • Perform tier 1 support level remediations: example restart the application … • Document troubleshooting steps, status, diagnostic results, root cause analysis • Engage higher tier support when required, including vendor engagement • Present incident outage report • Execute defined procedures and perform mass updates • Participate in Change Management activities • Complete predefined periodic checklists and develop suggestions for automation

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years in Application Support
  • 5+ years in Element or Fault Management Systems
  • 5+ years in Networking knowledge (L1/L2)
  • 5+ years in Scripting: Shell, Bash, Python
  • 5+ years in OS (Linux/Unix/Windows), Databases (SQL/Oracle), and Security
