• Execute targeting and personalization activities in Adobe Target (audiences, offers). • Manage incoming marketing requests and convert them into actionable targeting setups. • Collaborate with web integrators to deliver targeted components and content. • Use RTCDP segments and profile attributes for audience targeting. • Perform end-to-end QA, including audience validation and experience rendering. • Maintain documentation for activities, requirements, and workflows. • Provide light strategic guidance on personalization opportunities (~20%).
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP audiences.
- Understanding of web fundamentals: HTML/CSS basics, parameters, data layers, and JavaScript concepts.
- Experience working with web developers or integrators.
- Strong communication and requirement‑gathering skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Tags (preferred).
- Exposure to digital personalization or experimentation strategies (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/French) (preferred).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external lending partners to structure effective syndicated credit solutions • Lead discussions and develop resolution strategies for distressed loans while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned • Negotiate complex loan terms and prepare detailed credit underwriting packages with clear recommendations for approvals, renewals, and amendments • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial statements, projections, and cash flow modeling, to support sound credit decisions • Assess commercial real estate security by analyzing market trends, borrower strength, and collateral performance • Manage and monitor a portfolio of syndicated loans, ensuring compliance, strong performance, and proactive risk mitigation • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while actively managing and growing existing partner pipelines • Provide strong oversight on management of distressed loans and other account management activities • Stay informed on economic trends and industry developments impacting the syndication portfolio • Provide advisory support and mentorship to team members, sharing specialized knowledge and best practices • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency • Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all syndication activities
