Field Technical Services Representative
Twin Rivers Paper Company
• Ensure customer satisfaction through building meaningful relationships with customers and mill personnel. • This position is the conduit between sales, manufacturing, and our customers. • Represent all of Twin Rivers' paper markets (publishing, label, packaging, and technical). • Collect, analyze, and define field problems as well as help drive the internal and external resolution. • Understand the paper making and finishing processes that enable effective description of issues to help solve customer concerns. • Participate in new product and improvement trials at the end users in an effort to provide meaningful and timely feedback to the mills. • Periodically visit warehouses and contracted converters to be sure they are representing Twin Rivers and our products in a professional manner. • Generate reports to communicate and build a database of customer feedback and knowledge. • Provide technical support to the paper mills ensuring that all applicable quality standards are adhered to.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent in experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in paper manufacturing and/or converting with a strong understanding of paper making.
- Ability to travel frequently (50% - 75%) to customers and mills.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) plus analytical software (such as MiniTab, P1 Process Book, Proficy)
- Ability to learn Manufacturing Execution Software (such as ELIXIR/OptiVision)
- Self-starter with good organizational and planning skills.
- Good written presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout the Twin Rivers organization, customers, and suppliers.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and have good problem-solving abilities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries pre, during, and post trip. • Assist the Expedition Leader in the execution of trip itineraries, including planning, organization, and on-site logistics. • Work closely with the Expedition Leader and air crew to manage all aspects of aviation service in air and on the ground. • Support the Expedition Leader in liaising with hotels for bookings and guest services. • Assist in managing the trip budget, including carrying, distributing, securing, and monitoring on-trip funds. • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 2-3 weeks at a time) and support groups on expeditions.

• Provide psychological assessment and treatment services across multiple programs, including Mood, Anxiety, Trauma, and Addiction • Conduct group psychotherapy sessions using best-practice treatment approaches • Participate in quality improvement projects, design psychotherapy groups and develop psycho-educational materials • Actively participate in interdisciplinary clinical meetings • Liaise with the patient’s referral sources and other external agencies (DND, VAC, WSIB, others) connected to the patient, to provide clinical updates and facilitate aftercare as needed • Participate in meetings with family and/or the patient’s close associates as clinically indicated • Collaborate and communicate with other team members to assure consistency in program philosophy and treatment practice and delivery • Write psychological reports based on psychometric assessments that include clinical findings, diagnostic impressions, treatment implications and recommendations • Facilitate interpersonal therapy and psycho-dynamic groups
