Primary Responsibilities: - Define and own the engineering AI strategy to measurably accelerate software development, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency through the use of AI agents - Partner with engineering teams to analyze current workflows, development activities, and pain points across the SDLC, identifying high-value opportunities where AI agents can deliver meaningful impact - Develop a clear, prioritized roadmap of AI agent use cases aligned to business objectives, engineering strategy, and enterprise technology standards - Build data-driven proposals and business cases for AI agent investments, including baseline measurements, expected productivity gains, cost avoidance, quality improvements, and adoption metrics - Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that augment or automate engineering work (e.g., requirements analysis, design support, coding, testing, deployment, reliability, incident analysis) - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents from proof of value through scaled production deployment, ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, observable, and maintainable - Establish measurement frameworks, analytics, and KPIs to track realized value and continuously refine AI solutions based on usage, outcomes, and feedback - Define a repeatable operating model for how engineering teams identify, build, govern, and adopt AI agents at scale - Ensure all AI solutions adhere to enterprise architecture, security, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI standards, including appropriate human-in-the-loop controls - Drive engineering enablement and change management, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working and build confidence using AI as a force multiplier - Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to engineering and technology leadership, translating complex AI concepts into clear decisions, trade-offs, and business outcomes - Collaborate closely with architecture, platform, product, data, and security partners to align AI agent strategy with broader enterprise initiatives You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. • Architect and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for transmitting millions of messages monthly in diverse formats and protocols. • Design and evolve system architectures to accommodate complex, clearinghouse-specific EDI/API data mappings. • Implement advanced error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms within asynchronous workflows to ensure data integrity and reliability. • Collaborate directly with external clearinghouse partners to debug and troubleshoot non-standard integration systems. • Ensure compliance with all relevant EDI protocols and federal healthcare standards, including designing and auditing systems for HIPAA security and privacy regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and frameworks, and document all features, flows, and processes within the application. • Adapt and transition between programming languages and technologies as required.

Role Description The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Value Architect in medium sized to large opportunities that may involve solutioning and estimation of Systems Integration, Application Development, Data Migration, Governance, Functional Leadership and more. Support of Application Maintenance and Apps-Infrastructure Support engagements is also required. The ideal candidate will leverage deep solutioning and delivery experience to individually create solutions and collaborate with clients to co-create strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. As an SAP Solution Architect, you will assist sales, delivery, business architecture, as well as oversee opportunities, and deliver solution advisory for SAP technology and services. Your goal is to establish a trusted advisor relationship with internal teams, prospects, and customers, guiding them through the sales cycle and adoption journey. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Requirements - Expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions. - Good hustling ability/resourcefulness. - Product/concept selling, Pre-sales/Solution Architecting. - Executive Presence and experience in one or two major industries (RES, PRD, FS, H&PS, CMT). - Ability to think on the feet, quickly ramp-up on new and upcoming skills. - Experience of working in a matrix organization made up of multi-discipline teams. - Very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and technologies. - Ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business IT alignment. - Strong capability to estimate, size, identify dependencies/assumptions in solutioning. - Ability to work across levels at the client; exposure to NA geography is a good additional skill. - Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor. - Working knowledge of financials, cost-price-margin understanding and basic ability to discern deal shapes. - Expert in Excel and other Microsoft applications. - Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops and joint solutioning sessions.
