Associate Director, Admissions
Workforce and Community Education
• Directs the daily operations of an Admissions team • Provides coaching on live and recorded calls • Develops and conducts training programs to improve Enrollment Advisors’ skills • Serves as a mentor and guide to each of his or her team members • Develops and implements short- and long-term strategies to recruit Applicants • Ensures that team application conversion targets are achieved, relating to the University’s application conversion targets • Provides leadership to the process of effectively working and managing lead and applicant flow • Prepares and maintains conversion rates and related reports • Ensures Enrollment Advisors follow up via telephone or email with assigned leads • Ensures Enrollment Advisors are documenting communications within the system • Tracks and monitors schedules and attendance • Administers payroll and timecard reporting for team members • Ensures Enrollment Advisors are consistently on task • Oversees the entire Admissions and Enrollment floor in the absence of the Director of Admissions • Attends Enrollment Leadership Team meetings • Upholds the University standard of conduct and all other policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five (5) years Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations experience
- Three (3) years leadership experience preferred
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
