Technical Delivery Director
Unisys
• Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes (scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction) for the program/portfolio. • Establish and run program governance (cadence, RAID, dependency management, change control). • Manage financials and commercials (forecast, actuals, margin, cost optimization). • Baseline and control scope/schedule/resources; manage the critical path and milestones. • Ensure SLA/KPI attainment and delivery quality; drive incident/problem reduction and continuous improvement. • Lead stakeholder management and executive communications; own escalation and resolution. • Build and develop high‑performing teams; align skills to roadmap (automation, Dev/Sec/Ops); manage vendors/partners. • Govern risk, issue, and change processes; make data‑driven trade‑offs with architecture, security, and product owners. • Ensure contract/SOW compliance (deliverables, acceptance criteria, sign‑offs) and oversee transition to steady state. • Champion modernization and automation (IaC, CI/CD, observability) to improve reliability, velocity, and cost.
Job Requirements
- 12–18+ years of overall IT experience
- 6–8+ years in cloud architecture and security (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- 7–10+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs
- Proven delivery of cloud migrations, security transformations, and enterprise platforms
- Strong engagement with C-suite stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
- End-to-end program and portfolio delivery ownership
- Budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost optimization
- Cloud operating models and CCoE establishment
- Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Vendor, partner, and contract management
- Risk, dependency, and escalation management
