Workforce and Community Education

• Efficiently deliver didactic and/or clinical instruction online to students. • Plan and deliver an effective “classroom” experience through Zoom. • Effectively engage students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods. • Evaluate students in classroom and clinical settings utilizing effective educational methods and tools. • Grading assignments and responding to student inquiries within 48 hours of assignment submission. • Responding to student inquiries via email within 24 hours of receipt of the email. • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty. • Focus on student-centered learning in all aspects of curriculum.

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities. • Maintain a positive, safe student-centric learning environment. • Complete required tasks on deadlines (e.g., final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, input for grade appeals, etc.) • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable. • Provide feedback to the course lead regarding the course content. • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services.

• Own day-to-day optimization, testing, and experience QA of core digital experiences. • Ensure experiences are functioning as intended and aligned to UX standards. • Define and drive A/B testing and experimentation opportunities. • Lead the optimization of end-to-end user journeys across web, CRM, and enrollment touchpoints. • Identify and address journey-level friction points and gaps.

• support the Director of Assessment and Curriculum on curriculum and assessment projects • provide administrative support for catalog document preparation • assist with prioritization of course revisions and new development, including submission of course slot requests and contracts • support Academic Program Directors on projects for curriculum changes and revisions • support the MOR and QOR process and materials preparation

• Assist students in understanding the foundation of scholarly writing and using an academic voice • Assist students in understanding APA guidelines related specifically to written communication • Assist the student in being able to critically analyze existing research with a focus on qualitative methodology • Assist students in presenting a compelling argument for why a study is needed that is rooted in existing literature and theory • Implement best practices in working with adult, and online students at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels • Provide synchronous one-to-one and group academic coaching • Provide asynchronous screencast or written coaching feedback • Assist students in becoming autonomous, self-directed learners • Provide post-coaching session feedback to students • Maintain records of student contact • Engage in the assessment of student learning • Help students identify their learning strengths and weaknesses and connect them with the necessary resources to aid in success • Evaluate student learning styles, skills, deficiencies, and goals; identify appropriate learning resources for them to use • Develop academic resources to include video tutorials and lessons on assigned topics • Stay current with organizational, educational, and faculty development policies that affect the academic Success Center (ASC) • Continually improve coaching skills • Support the mission of the Academic Success Center (ASC) within National University • Participate in required training, coaching, and other activities that promote high-quality coaching • Attend team meetings • Other duties as assigned by the Academic Success Center (ASC) Director and/or Coordinator

• Teach and develop online or onsite courses in Counseling theories, counseling law and ethics, current issues in school and college counseling, program review, crisis intervention, trauma in youth, social and cultural issues, career development, group counseling and assessment and evaluation. • Maintain pedagogical and subject matter expertise in the instructor’s field. • Create an inclusive and positive learning environment for diverse learners. • Ensure course and program practices align with compliance and accreditation standards. • Adhere to the National University’s academic integrity policy. • Maintain a productive scholarship agenda suitable to a teaching university. • Engage in scholarly activities to maintain professional growth. • Participate in curriculum oversight, shared governance, and the student experience.

• Develop and manage relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners throughout Texas. • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning. • Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies. • Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences. • Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities. • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals while advancing the Harmony Academy mission.

• Provides leadership for the development and delivery of National University’s externally facing research, evaluation, and advisory services • Responsible for growing and sustaining a portfolio of client engagements that advance both institutional priorities and community impact • Collaborates with partners to understand needs and shape appropriate research, evaluation, or advisory solutions • Develops scopes of work, proposals, and engagement strategies • Ensures high-quality, timely delivery of work products • Builds and maintains strong relationships with external clients and community partners • Identifies opportunities to expand reach, impact, and revenue • Works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other contributors to support project delivery
