• Manage all aspects of state government relations within your assigned region, including through the following: hiring and supervising additional Government Affairs Directors (GADs) within your region as we expand our engagement footprint; hiring and supervising local lobbying counsel; and managing relationships with state-level patient advocacy and industry groups. • Work collaboratively with USGAP and Commercial Operations colleagues, including Market Access, Customer Experience & Insights, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Marketing and others to identify, understand, develop and execute strategies to advance legislative and regulatory policies that benefit Genmab and the patients we aspire to serve. • Monitor and track all relevant state legislative, regulatory, and public policy issues that may impact the patients we aspire to serve and Genmab’s U.S. operations. Develop background and communications materials to communicate such developments to internal and external audiences, where appropriate. • Develop, implement, and execute lobbying and/or stakeholder-led campaigns that utilize the cross-functional expertise of Genmab USGAP and Commercial Operations. • Embrace diversity of thought to understand the needs of, and develop strong relationships with, key internal business leaders, as well as external policymakers and other key stakeholders. • Location-specific Genmab facility site-engagement, including employee programming, training interaction, and political action committee (PAC) recruitment, retention, and administration. • Other duties or tasks as assigned.

• Directs the daily operations of an Admissions team • Provides coaching on live and recorded calls • Develops and conducts training programs to improve Enrollment Advisors’ skills • Serves as a mentor and guide to each of his or her team members • Develops and implements short- and long-term strategies to recruit Applicants • Ensures that team application conversion targets are achieved, relating to the University’s application conversion targets • Provides leadership to the process of effectively working and managing lead and applicant flow • Prepares and maintains conversion rates and related reports • Ensures Enrollment Advisors follow up via telephone or email with assigned leads • Ensures Enrollment Advisors are documenting communications within the system • Tracks and monitors schedules and attendance • Administers payroll and timecard reporting for team members • Ensures Enrollment Advisors are consistently on task • Oversees the entire Admissions and Enrollment floor in the absence of the Director of Admissions • Attends Enrollment Leadership Team meetings • Upholds the University standard of conduct and all other policies and procedures

• Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes (scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction) for the program/portfolio. • Establish and run program governance (cadence, RAID, dependency management, change control). • Manage financials and commercials (forecast, actuals, margin, cost optimization). • Baseline and control scope/schedule/resources; manage the critical path and milestones. • Ensure SLA/KPI attainment and delivery quality; drive incident/problem reduction and continuous improvement. • Lead stakeholder management and executive communications; own escalation and resolution. • Build and develop high‑performing teams; align skills to roadmap (automation, Dev/Sec/Ops); manage vendors/partners. • Govern risk, issue, and change processes; make data‑driven trade‑offs with architecture, security, and product owners. • Ensure contract/SOW compliance (deliverables, acceptance criteria, sign‑offs) and oversee transition to steady state. • Champion modernization and automation (IaC, CI/CD, observability) to improve reliability, velocity, and cost.

• Leads the development of Global Strategic Feasibility proposals • Close partnership with global program & study management team for design and delivery of the studies • Drive high-quality strategic feasibility/site identification assessments • Partners with internal stakeholders to provide clear feasibility recommendations • Support modelling of strategy options for the study • Provide data-driven operational feasibility strategy • Contributes in efforts to implement creative processes, methodologies, data, and technologies • Leads and contributes to Strategic planning meetings, training calls, kick off meetings and ongoing team meetings • Supports Global Strategic Feasibility related initiatives and taskforces for continuous improvement and optimization • Determines risk/ mitigation planning to study feasibility or recruitment and retention of the study participants • Participates in global projects representing Global Clinical Operations and Global Strategic Feasibility team
