• Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, manages Amazon search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes. • Acts as a SME or Trainual content owner for one department-specific functions, develops reports, and provides guidance to peers • Provides insightful analysis, interpretation, and actionable plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms. Aligns strategies with overall retail business performance • Engages in weekly department scrums and training sessions to deepen knowledge within the channel • Develop new department training materials • Actively seeks opportunities to enhance campaign performance and business impact, aligning strategies with client goals • Conducts in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies • Maintains frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients • Efficiently leverages available AI tools and delegation resources to enhance workflow effectiveness and campaign outcomes • Discusses anomalies, possible causes, and provides solutions to the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirements • Establishes and maintains a collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients • Maintains or exceeds department-established performance standards • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with agency experience or related roles
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions. Applies good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to assigned clients and projects
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) with effective navigation and utilization skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage higher-risk decisions involving significant capital
- Experience with Amazon retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar platforms is highly valued
- Significant experience managing campaigns in various platforms, including Amazon Ad Console, Amazon 3rd Party Advertising Platforms, Walmart Connect
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Ensuring continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area. This includes maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems. • Completing commissioning checks of HVAC Units to ensure continued, efficient operation.
