• Data Collection & Management: Design and implement data collection tools (surveys, outreach campaigns, LinkedIn scraping, etc.) to gather accurate and comprehensive information about alumni education, employment, and career milestones. • Collaborate with the Community Engagement and Career Development teams to maintain up-to-date alumni contact information. • Ensure all data collection methods comply with privacy standards and organizational data policies. • Manage data imports, cleaning, validation, and standardization across multiple sources (Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, or other CRM systems). • Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze alumni outcome data to identify trends in education attainment, graduate school enrollment, career progression, and salary benchmarks. • Develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights to internal and external audiences (executive leadership, funders, and partners). • Prepare regular summary reports highlighting longitudinal outcomes, impact metrics, and areas for program improvement. • Partner with the Development and Communications teams to translate data into compelling impact stories and visuals for grant proposals, reports, and marketing materials. • Process Improvement & Collaboration: Recommend and implement process improvements for data integrity, automation, and efficiency. • Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on alumni data management and reporting. • Support cross-team efforts to integrate alumni outcome data with program evaluation frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Social Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience managing and analyzing data—preferably in a nonprofit, higher education, or research setting
- Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with a data management or CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to clean, analyze, and visualize large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, audience-appropriate insights.

• Ensuring continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area. This includes maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems. • Completing commissioning checks of HVAC Units to ensure continued, efficient operation.
