• Ensuring continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area. This includes maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems. • Completing commissioning checks of HVAC Units to ensure continued, efficient operation. This includes checking and correcting of HVAC RTU controller configurations in addition to the mechanical operation of the units. • Providing physical maintenance to Budderfly HVAC Units. This includes, but is not limited to: changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for other mechanical failures. • Responding to Emergency Service Calls on nights and weekends (when on-call-once week/month) • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Keeping daily logs and records of all functions in Company work order system. • Ensuring compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. • Assisting with customers' queries.

• Partner with Blueprint physicians to implement personalized health plans derived from genomic, laboratory, imaging, wearable, and questionnaire data • Conduct scheduled coaching sessions via telemedicine focused on: • Nutrition and dietary pattern implementation • Physical activity and exercise adherence • Sleep optimization and circadian alignment • Stress regulation, resilience, and recovery • Habit formation and sustainable behavior change • Reinforce physician recommendations while maintaining appropriate scope and escalation pathways • Track progress, barriers, and outcomes using Blueprint’s clinical and digital tools • Communicate regularly with physicians and Care Coordinators to ensure continuity and alignment of care • Support longitudinal reassessment and iteration of care plans • Document coaching interactions clearly and efficiently in the EMR or coaching platform • Operate within Blueprint clinical protocols, scope-of-practice guidelines, and escalation standards • Participate in case conferences, care team meetings, and peer review processes as appropriate • Identify early signals of clinical deterioration, non-adherence, or risk and escalate to physicians promptly • Maintain coaching quality and performance metrics, including: • Client engagement and retention • Session completion and follow-through • Client satisfaction and experience metrics (e.g., NPS where applicable) • Contribute feedback on workflow, tooling, and operational improvements related to coaching delivery • Participate in ongoing education in lifestyle medicine, longevity science, and coaching methodology (Role-Dependent) • Maintain active national certification and continuing education requirements (Role-Dependent) • Mentor junior or onboarding Health Coaches as requested (Role-Dependent) • Contribute to internal education, protocol refinement, and best-practice development (Role-Dependent) • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement (Role-Dependent)

• Coordinate with other technical specialists and project team members to ensure performance of tasks. • Providing comprehensive disaster recovery, grant monitoring services to sub-recipients, and working with (possibly overseeing) disaster recovery staff and assisting with project management tasks.

• Work on scopes of work, cost alignments and building projects. • Evaluate facility damages, documents, and photographs pursuant to scope of service consultations. • Work on damaged component inventory and detailed estimate of damage. • Cost estimation during project development and project formulation. • Applying program requirements, policies, procedures and protocols. • Provide accurate repair cost information to help build competitive estimates. • Provide detailed review of FEMA project sub-grant applications (project worksheets) for completeness and preparation of version requests. • Support project team members with technical interpretations and assistance. • Attend meetings with agencies and applicants to establish assessment of proposed recovery projects, discuss project objectives, and construction budget as requested. • Consult on Hazard Mitigation, 428 Alternative Procedures, and other FEMA Public Assistance rules and regulations. • Applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials. • Will create damage component inventory and detailed estimate of damages. • Will work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangibles. • Exercises independent judgement in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. • Coordinate and participate in resolution of project related issues and concerns. • Optimize procedures and maintain communication and focus. • Maintain and track each case as required in project report management information system. • Measure performance with key metrics. • Keep management team informed on issues, problems & resolutions. • Superior customer service skill set, ability to listen, facilitate and negotiate problems. • Expertise in area in which you are assigned.
