• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Design lessons aligned to the IEB curriculum (Grades 10–12) • Guide learners through the design process, including research, conceptual development, and final product creation • Support and manage PATs and portfolio development, ensuring compliance with IEB requirements • Create and manage course content on the LMS (Canvas) in line with internal standards • Set, moderate, and mark assessments in accordance with academic policies and IEB guidelines • Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to learners • Track and report on learner progress and performance • Maintain consistent communication with learners and parents via approved platforms • Collaborate with Phase Heads and Subject Leads to ensure alignment and quality
