Role Description Tu joueras un rôle fondateur au sein de l'équipe Web Experience, dont la mission est de bâtir une nouvelle application web pour ShareGate Migrate. L'objectif : rendre l'expérience de migration Microsoft 365 encore plus accessible et intuitive, directement depuis le navigateur. En tant que développeur.euse au sein de cette équipe, tu contribueras à définir les fondations techniques et l'expérience utilisateur d'un produit qui aura un impact direct sur des milliers de professionnels TI à travers le monde. Responsabilités: - Livrer des fonctionnalités full-stack qui répondent aux standards de qualité et d'expérience utilisateur fixés par l'équipe, dès les premiers jalons de la nouvelle app web. - Contribuer à des expériences utilisateurs simples et bien conçues qui résolvent de vrais problèmes, en collaboration avec le Product Manager et la designer produit. - Poser des fondations techniques solides et durables dès le départ, en contribuant aux décisions d'architecture et aux bonnes pratiques de l'équipe. - Intégrer les APIs Microsoft (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD/Entra ID, MSAL) de façon fiable afin que les scénarios de migration et d'authentification fonctionnent en production. - Établir une culture de qualité dès le premier jour, en mettant en place des pratiques de tests qui permettent à l'équipe de livrer avec confiance. - Faire progresser l'équipe par des revues de code et du partage de connaissances qui élèvent le niveau collectif. - Utiliser les outils de développement assistés par l'IA (Claude, GitHub Copilot) pour livrer un niveau de qualité et de volume qui dépasse ce qu'un dev solo pourrait accomplir autrement. Une semaine typique? - Explorer les besoins produit et les contraintes techniques à travers la recherche, le prototypage et la collaboration avec l'équipe, en utilisant des outils d'IA pour accélérer la phase de découverte. - Livrer des fonctionnalités qui font avancer concrètement le produit, semaine après semaine. - Collaborer quotidiennement avec tes coéquipiers et partenaires produit à travers des rituels d'équipe, des discussions de conception et des échanges asynchrones. - Partager tes apprentissages avec l'organisation d'ingénierie ShareGate Migrate lorsque l'équipe découvre de nouveaux patterns techniques. Qui est l’équipe que tu vas rejoindre ? Tu rejoindras l'équipe Web Experience, une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de développeurs, d'un Product Manager et d'une designer produit. L'équipe fait partie du département ShareGate Migrate, un réseau collaboratif d'équipes ayant accès à des staff developers pour du mentorat technique et pour assurer l'alignement entre équipes. L'équipe démarre un projet presque greenfield, ce qui implique une forte culture d'autonomie et de prises de décision collectives dès le départ. Tu ne te contenteras pas d'implémenter des solutions préétablies : on s'attend à ce que tu formules des hypothèses, expérimentes rapidement et partages tes conclusions avec l'équipe. Le développement assisté par l'IA fait partie intégrante de la façon de travailler de l'équipe. Une expérience concrète avec des outils de codage assistés par l'IA et la volonté d'en tirer le maximum sont donc attendues. Quels sont les prochains défis qui attendent ton équipe ? - Construire l'application web ShareGate Migrate quasiment de zéro, en définissant les fondations techniques, l'architecture et l'expérience utilisateur. - Amener des nouvelles fonctionnalités web complémentaires à l'outil de migration dans une expérience 100% web, complémentaire à l'application de bureau existante. - Établir des patterns techniques réutilisables qui permettront d'accélérer le développement de chaque nouvelle fonctionnalité au fil du temps. Qualifications - 4+ années d'expérience dans la livraison de produits logiciels commerciaux ayant une forte adoption client. - Expérience démontrée dans le développement d'applications web avec TypeScript et React. - Expérience pratique démontrée avec des bases de données relationnelles ou non. - Bonne maîtrise du développement backend en C# / .NET. - Expérience pratique avec des outils de codage assistés par l'IA (ex. : Claude, GitHub Copilot ou équivalent) dans le flux de développement quotidien. - Solides compétences en débogage et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d'aborder des défis techniques complexes et ambigus. - Communication claire et proactive, sens des responsabilités, transparence et capacité à tenir l'équipe informée. - Une expérience avec les APIs Microsoft (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD/Entra ID, MSAL) est un atout.
