Agent Finance Coordinator

Role Description The Agent Finance Coordinator serves as a critical operational partner to the Agent Finance team, helping ensure a seamless experience for agents and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction and commission lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing high-volume communication, triaging requests, maintaining operational systems, and supporting the day-to-day execution of Agent Finance processes. - Acting as the first point of contact for many agent finance inquiries. - Identifying priorities, resolving routine matters, and directing more complex issues to the appropriate team members. - Requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, strong operational discipline, and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding experience to agents and internal partners. - Will become a trusted resource across the organization and play an important role in helping the Agent Finance team operate efficiently, accurately, and at scale. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in real estate operations, brokerage administration, transaction coordination, agent services, or a similar support-focused role. - Strong understanding of the residential real estate transaction lifecycle, including contracts, commissions, deposits, and closing processes. - Experience supporting real estate agents, teams, brokers, or brokerage operations. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished, and service-oriented approach. - Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when prioritizing requests and escalating issues. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential financial and business information with discretion. - Comfortable navigating multiple systems and maintaining accurate records across platforms. - Experience with SkySlope, DepositLink, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Slack, Canva, and ClickUp preferred. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across departments and stakeholders. Requirements - Monitor and manage the Agent Finance HelpSpot ticketing system daily, including general ticket triaging and response to general inquiries. - Escalate issues as needed to the Director and Regional Leads to ensure timely resolution. - Respond to all POSH Assist calls to confirm and verify wire instructions for incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Provide confirmation receipts for deposits received. - Configure new agent and team profiles in Agent Finance systems. - Update and maintain agent and team classifications to ensure proper reporting and downstream financial processing. - Manage user access and permissions across Agent Finance platforms, including Total Brokerage, SkySlope, and DepositLink, ensuring appropriate controls and timely updates. - Support special projects related to operational efficiency, system enhancements, and reporting initiatives as assigned. - Help match deposits to transactions and identify aged deposits for escalation. - Manage and apply branding templates to new resources (staff-facing and agent-facing resources). - Assist in curating and updating staff and agent resources upon request. - Manage the team SharePoint and Agent Finance resources/training on the internal SERHANT. website. - The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
