Role Description We’re partnering with a high-growth, customer-focused healthcare organization to hire a Director of Financial Systems with a strong FP&A and Oracle Fusion background. This is a highly visible role driving finance transformation, leading system strategy, and partnering across FP&A, Accounting, and IT to modernize and scale financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader with deep systems expertise who enjoys optimizing processes, driving automation, and owning enterprise-wide system initiatives in a fully remote environment. - Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of financial systems supporting FP&A and Accounting - Serve as the business lead for Oracle Fusion, driving enhancements, integrations, and ongoing optimization - Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and Audit to translate business needs into scalable system solutions - Lead end-to-end system implementations and transformation initiatives, from design through post-go-live support - Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across budgeting, forecasting, close, and reporting cycles - Establish and maintain governance, controls, and best practices across financial systems - Manage and develop a financial systems team, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders - Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on system investments, capabilities, and long-term roadmap Qualifications - 10+ years of experience across FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation - Proven leadership experience owning financial systems or ERP environments - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (required) - Experience with system implementations, integrations, and process automation initiatives - Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and accounting principles - Prior experience partnering across technical and non-technical teams - CPA or relevant finance background preferred - Experience with tools like BlackLine or similar is a plus Benefits - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Company Description Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
