• The Senior Credit Analyst is a specialised offshore position responsible for delivering high-level credit analysis, financial assessment, servicing accuracy and lending policy interpretation. • Working directly with the Principal Broker, the Senior Credit Analyst manages all technical components of loan assessment across PAYG, contractor, self-employed, trust, company and SMSF borrower profiles. • This role ensures loan submissions are credit-strong, compliant, lender-ready, accurate and aligned with borrower goals. • Run serviceability using Quickli and lender calculators. • Prepare lender-ready submissions via LMG Podium and ApplyOnline. • Ensure NCCP, BID, and AML/CTF compliance.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years Australian mortgage credit experience.
  • Experience supporting mortgage brokers (preferred).
  • Strong background with self-employed income & complex borrowers.
  • Experience handling major & non-bank lenders.
  • Proven ability managing MIRs, escalations & exception cases.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian residential lending, including lender policies, credit assessments, and document verification.
  • Familiar with LMG MyCRM, ApplyOnline, and other loan lodgement platforms (Simpology or lender direct portals).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickli, AirTable, OneDrive, and Outlook for workflow and communication management.
  • Solid understanding of compliance standards including NCCP, BID, AML/CTF, and privacy requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, confident in liaising with clients, brokers, and lender BDMs.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain service-level standards in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description The Marketing Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Marketing organization by owning financial operations, budget management, and cross-functional coordination. This position serves as the primary liaison between Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and agency partners to ensure accurate and efficient management of purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and payment processes.
