Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs
- Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
