IT & Infrastructure Architect

Aspire Software

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure across both on-premises and Azure cloud environments. • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure and services. • Manage and optimize cloud and on-prem environments, including VMs, networking, storage, and policies. • Administer and monitor Linux and Windows servers, databases, and CI/CD systems. • Oversee security controls, IAM (Azure AD, MFA, RBAC), and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR. • Maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies. • Provide user support for workstation setups, software provisioning, and IT tooling. • Implement DevOps and SRE practices to drive operational efficiency and scalability. • Lead cloud cost optimization, automation projects, and resource efficiency initiatives. • Manage monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana). • Work closely with developers to support microservices environments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Own IT operations policies, processes, and ITIL-aligned service management practices.

Job Requirements

  • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of practical experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with strong Azure expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Linux administration and Bash scripting skills used in production.
  • Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong L2/L3 networking knowledge including firewalls (NGFW), VPNs, and routing (BGP/OSPF).
  • Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining Docker and Kubernetes in production.
  • Solid database administration experience: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB.
  • Experience managing monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana).
  • Proven troubleshooting and incident management skills focused on uptime and reliability.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, data protection, backup, and patching processes.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL operations and compliance with ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives in SaaS or software environments.
