People Management Responsibilities: Yes Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $80k-$100k, plus bonus and incentives Position Overview As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind distributor partnerships and field team leadership across your assigned territory. This is your opportunity to shape retail execution, accelerate sales growth, and scale the CELSIUS® brand through a deep understanding of route-to-market strategies, especially Direct Store Delivery (DSD). You’ll bring a proven track record in sales management, distributor engagement, and team leadership—paired with a passion for energy beverages and high-performance brands. - Lead and manage a field sales team and DSD distributor network to drive case sales and brand visibility - Develop and execute regional business plans in alignment with national goals - Foster distributor accountability through performance metrics, sales targets, and territory reviews - Deliver strategic presentations to key accounts and regional customers - Conduct market surveys to assess product performance and competitive landscape - Collaborate with field marketing to execute events and brand activations - Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain high service standards - Analyze sales data and prepare reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership - Oversee new hire onboarding, training, and performance development for team members - Support innovation launches with targeted forecasting and retail support - Manage budget planning, program execution, and administrative compliance
Job Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in sales and people management within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with DSD networks and distributor performance management
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of retail execution, merchandising, and market activation strategies
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; clean driving record required

- The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
