Peek

• Own the growth and success of the Costa Rica market across new business acquisition, customer retention, and account expansion. • Prospect, identify, and sell Peek products to tour, activity, and attraction operators through a consultative sales approach. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities, including self-sourced leads and market development efforts. • Deliver compelling online and in-person product demos tailored to each operator’s business needs. • Support the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring successful adoption of Peek Pro. • Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers to drive retention, adoption, and long-term success. • Educate operators on industry trends, online booking best practices, direct booking growth, and ways to get more value from Peek. • Develop and execute a strategic market plan that includes new logo growth, existing customer expansion, competitive insights, and local relationship-building.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology sales, account management, customer success, or a similar commercial role.
  • A deep understanding of the Costa Rican tourism landscape.
  • Fluent and comfortable speaking in Spanish with our partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort meeting customers face-to-face.
  • A self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both new opportunities and existing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in-market while staying closely aligned with a remote team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Costa Rica for customer meetings and market development.
